Literacy Project Update

The Sauk Prairie Health Care Foundation grant awarded our church a grant in December. The grant helps fund our church’s literacy program offering two books to newborns at Sauk Prairie Hospital’s birthing center.

Mazomanie UCC provides books at The Christians in Action Food Pantry. Attendees can pick up new and gently used books encouraging children to begin reading at a young age.

The Little Free Library in front of the church is available to the community to take a book or leave a book. There currently is a nice variety of books for the public.
