Take a look around our church. You will see people of all ages, education levels, races, sexual orientations and gender identities. We reflect and embrace the whole community around us, not just part of it.
In our worship and fellowship we celebrate and find strength in our diversity and we view it as a way of understanding the inclusiveness of God’s love. We support and affirm all relationships founded on the principles of love and justice.
We are spiritually alive, intellectually curious, and we are open to learning and new ideas and scholarship. We appreciate being stretched in our thinking and in our understanding of our faith and our world. We are supportive of other religious traditions and we are committed to learning about and from them.
We continue to grow in our understanding of the needs in the community around us and we are moved to take action. Whether the issue is one of justice, food security or shelter or countless other issues, we find ourselves called to respond as Jesus would have us do.
